Terms of use
Last updated 22 July 2026.
In plain English
Post workflows, browse other people’s, embed the ones you like. Don’t use the site to spam, scrape, or break things. Workflows you publish are yours — we just show them. We’re a small prototype right now, so there are no uptime or accuracy guarantees.
Using the site
Orchestrating Design lets you build, publish, and share “workflows” — visual maps of the tools and stages behind a piece of work. You need an account to create or publish; browsing public workflows doesn’t require one.
Acceptable use: don’t post content that’s illegal, infringing, or deliberately misleading; don’t attempt to scrape, spam, abuse, or disrupt the service; don’t impersonate another person or brand. We can suspend or remove accounts and content that violate this.
Content ownership
You own what you publish — your workflow titles, descriptions, node content, and any images you upload stay yours. By publishing a workflow as public, you grant Orchestrating Design a license to display it on the site and in embeds (the small widget other sites can drop your workflow into — see the Share menu on any workflow you own). You can make a workflow private or delete it at any time, which removes it from public pages and existing embeds.
Affiliate & promoted content
Some tool links on the site are affiliate links, and some workflows are paid, owner-curated placements. See our Privacy policy for the full disclosure.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” This is a working prototype: features change, data may be reset, and we make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Don’t rely on it for anything business-critical.
